White House defends Biden after special counsel report questions his memory

The White House is vigorously defending President Joe Biden’s mental fitness after the Justice Department’s special counsel report called his memory into question. Some Democrats fear the report reinforces voter concerns about Biden’s age, and Republicans, including former President Donald Trump, have used it to take jabs at Biden.
