Special counsel John Durham testified on Capitol Hill Wednesday about his FBI report. Then-Attorney General Bill Barr appointed Durham in 2019 to review the origins of the FBI’s investigation into potential ties between Russia and former President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign.
