Americans have gotten used to tipping in restaurants, but these days it seems customers are being asked to tip for everything, everywhere. (And in the case of some restaurants, not at all!) Correspondent Nancy Giles tries to get some answers on the protocols of tipping from restaurateurs Danny Meyer and Amanda Cohen, and etiquette expert Diane Gottsman.
