Tenants' complaints, litigation bringing changes to mobile home court

Tenants of a mobile home park in Granite Falls aired complaints to a legal aid attorney about their treatment under a new owner, including a requirement they purchase their trailers. The original owner has since initiated a foreclosure proceeding and the court has appointed a receiver to oversee the park.
