Railroad labor bill that could avert strike in Senate's hands with deadline approaching

A bill that could avert a national rail strike is now in the hands of the U.S. Senate. The House passed legislation on Wednesday to ratify an agreement that the Biden administration helped broker in September, but some unions rejected that deal over paid sick leave.
