New York City passes bill outlawing weight discrimination

The New York City Council recently approved a bill that adds a person’s weight to the list of characteristics protected from discrimination. Dr. Rebecca Puhl, deputy director of the Rudd Center for Food Policy and Health at the University of Connecticut, joined CBS News to talk about the legislation.
