Kansas City officials say the shooting after Wednesday’s Super Bowl parade had no nexus to terrorism and appears to have been the result of a personal dispute. Two of the three people detained after the shooting are juveniles, police say. One woman was killed and more than 20 people were wounded, including several children. Vladimir Duthiers anchored CBS News’ special report.
