The House is voting again Friday on advancing legislation to reauthorize section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, or FISA. The act gives the U.S. intelligence community the power to collect information and communications from foreign adversaries who are outside of the U.S. and is set to expire next week if Congress doesn’t move. CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane has more.
