Christopher Miller, who was acting secretary of defense under President Donald Trump, joined Major Garrett for this week’s episode of “The Takeout.” Miller said he thinks the defense budget could be cut in half. He also called the war in Iraq an “unjust war,” and he said the U.S. pullout from Afghanistan was “tragic.”
