President Biden is expected on Thursday to release his new budget plan, which is expected to include new taxes for the wealthy to help fund Medicare for another 25 years. Mr. Biden’s goal is to reduce the federal deficit by $2 trillion over a decade. CBS News senior White House and political correspondent Ed O’Keefe joined Nikki Battiste and Elaine Quijano to discuss.
