The median age of first-time homebuyers is now 36, according to the National Association of Realtors, the highest it’s ever been since the number started being recorded in 1981. Baby boomers, meanwhile, are the age group buying the most homes. Washington Post business reporter Julian Mark has been following home buying trends and joined CBS News to discuss.
