Video shows armed National Guard troops in Washington, D.C.

Armed National Guard troops were seen on the boardwalk of The Wharf in Washington, D.C., on Sunday. A military official told CBS News earlier in the day that some members of the Guard, likely fewer than 50, would be armed starting Sunday night.
