The Biden administration announced Friday that the U.S. will provide Ukraine with cluster munitions in its latest $800 million military aid package. Cluster munitions, which break up in mid-air into smaller explosives as they approach their target, are banned by more than 120 countries. Charlie D’Agata has details.
