The time is right to end Farmers to Families Food Boxes

The U.S. Department of Agriculture announced it is ending the Farmers to Families Food Box, partly due to inefficiencies and waste within the program and partly due to improving food chain systems as the pandemic winds down. After food boxes were brought to her community, Jenny Schlecht says the program’s end is a good thing.
