Sen. Dan Sullivan says Senate foreign aid bill is about "industrial capacity to protect" U.S.

GOP Sen. Dan Sullivan of Alaska tells “Face the Nation” that despite the questionable support from House Republicans on the foreign aid bill put forward by the Senate, the package is “less a foreign aid package and more a package about rebuilding our own industrial capacity to build weapons for ourselves.”
