Brett Phillips singled to send home the game-winning runs in the bottom of the ninth inning as the Tampa Bay Rays rallied past the Los Angeles Dodgers 8-7 in Game 4 of the World Series on Saturday night, Oct. 24, at Arlington, Texas.
