Navy releases video of close call between U.S. and China ships

The U.S. Navy has released video of a Chinese warship cutting in front of a U.S. destroyer in the Taiwan Strait. It was the latest in a series of incidents that suggest rising tensions between the U.S. and China. David Martin reports.
