Marco Rubio of Florida, a top contender for former President Donald Trump’s 2024 vice presidential pick, who ultimately wasn’t selected, delivered an impassioned speech Tuesday night at the Republican National Convention, arguing for Trump’s “America first” agenda. “It is time to put our country and our people first again,” Rubio said.
