A winter storm is slamming parts of Virginia and reaching parts of New Jersey and the Northeast. Some roads are covered in snow and several weather-related traffic accidents have been reported. Meteorologist Jessica Burch has the latest weather forecast and CBS News Colorado’s Justin Adams has more on weather in the West.
