Kueng pleads guilty to aiding, abetting manslaughter; Thao to have trial by "stipulated evidence"

J. Alexander Kueng’s plea came just before jury selection was to begin in the trial for him and fellow ex-officer Tou Thao, who will now undergo trial sans testimony.
