IVF ruling, reproductive rights top of mind day before South Carolina GOP primary

Reproductive rights are dominating the campaign trail conversation on the eve of the South Carolina GOP primary. The latest debate stems from the Alabama Supreme Court ruling that frozen embryos used for in vitro fertilization, or IVF, have the same legal rights as children.
