Idea for WWII memorial earns young woman a seat at State of the Union

Raya Kenney is no stranger to Capitol Hill, but this will be her first time attending the State of the Union. The 21-year-old has long tried to convince Congress to establish a national memorial for the working women of World War II. Last year, Congress passed a bill to do so. Nikole Killion shares more.
