A New York man accused of fatally shooting a woman who was with friends in a vehicle that accidentally drove into his driveway made his first court appearance Wednesday on a murder charge. Prosecutors said he fired a shotgun twice at the vehicle she was riding in. Elaine Quijano has the latest.
