House Republicans have taken to messaging this week saying they won’t pass any spending bill without legislation to address the crisis at the southern border. Dr. Victor Trevino is the mayor of the nation’s largest inland point of entry in Laredo, Texas. He joined CBS News to discuss how detrimental a government shutdown would be to his city.
