Appearing before a House subcommittee Wednesday in a hearing on unidentified anomalous phenomena, a former U.S. Air Force intelligence officer testified that he believes federal agencies have been withholding information from Congress and the American public about the recovery of mysterious UAP, also known as UFOs.
