COVID-19 case rates fall to lowest level all year, all but one west central Minnesota county reports vaccine rate of 50% or more

Counties in west central Minnesota have reported 14-day case rates that, as a group, are the lowest since the weekly reports started last summer. All but one area county now report vaccination rates of 50% or higher among people 12 and older.
