Canada's new vax requirement prompts Northwest Angle mail carrier to step away

In November, the Canadian government announced that on Jan. 15, essential workers will only be allowed to enter the country if they are fully vaccinated. On Jan. 14, Fred Caravetta, of Warroad, likely will make his last deliveries to the residents of the Northwest Angle after nearly 20 years of that route.
