At Minnesota campgrounds, frustration grows as holiday weekend approaches

Services are limited, but private campgrounds in Wisconsin, Iowa and the Dakotas are open for the coming Memorial Day weekend. That is not the case in Minnesota, where under the latest executive order, private and state park campgrounds remain closed to overnight stays, which has owners and advocates frustrated.
