13 deaths and about 300 new COVID-19 cases reported in west central Minnesota, part of state total of 82 deaths, 4,000+ new cases

Statewide, 82 deaths were reported due to COVID-19 in Wednesday’s state update. The state has reported more than 4,500 confirmed and probable cases. In the region, 13 deaths and more than 300 confirmed and probable cases were reported.
